Eyes as the important sense of human have the long time work along the day. If you want to get health eyes, give them a rest after work. - When your time to sleep comes, you could turn off all lamps to get the good rest of eyes.
- Compressing your eyes with cold water is alternative for bringing back your eyes freshness.
- If you want to rest, just turn off your TV because watching TV while taking rest still make your eyes work.
- Protect your beauty eyes from small strange things like insect, dust, chemistry compound. Use your glasses, helm and so on when walk outside or work.
- When reading, knitting, sewing, painting etc, choose at minimum 40 watt of lamp. It is recommended for you to put on the bulb than neon because neon has light radiation in the form of wave.
- Do you spend much time in front of computer? This is a good news for you as actually the electromagnetic light of computer and TV light aren’t dangerous for your health eyes. But this is an exception if your electronic device don’t have any magnet leakage. Don’t forget to keep the safe space when watching TV at least 7 times of TV width.
